Ordering was easy. I have used the sunscreen I ordered for years. The tint covers nicely, isn't greasy, and protects my face from harmful rays.

Returns are difficult. SkinStore does not provide customers with return labels at all (some retailers will charge for a return label/shipment but at least they still give it to you). I spent 30 minutes shopping around on UPS, FedEx and USPS for the best rates - and it was expensive to do privately. One small serum was $23 to send back (from Denver). So for a ~$100 serum, I was not happy that my refund was essentially cut by 25%. SkinStore customer service told me that they flat out do not provide return shipping assistance. They’ll only give you an address. Keep in mind that when they say they will fully refund eligible items, you should estimate the shipping cost you’ll pay plus the amount of time you’ll waste figuring out the cheapest way. I now ONLY buy items from SkinStore that I know 100% I will keep.

Also, if I didn’t know better, I would question the website as being a legitimate skincare retailer. I buy a lot of SkinCeuticals. SkinStore recently had a 15% sale on the brand and all - ALL of the photos for every single SkinCeuticals product were blurry. I had a Dermstore tab open next to SkinStore so I could toggle between for clear photos and in-depth product descriptions of what I was shopping for. SkinCeuticals is one of the more high-end skincare lines on the market. Therefore, risk for buying counterfeit product is high. SkinCeuticals makes it clear/info is easy to find about who their authorized resellers are. SkinStore is one, but like I said, given the poor quality product pages, I would think they were selling fake products if I didn’t know. How does an online consumer product retailer have a poor quality product page for no doubt one of their highest dollar brands? I.e. blurry product photos. That’s a bad one for me. In fact, the only reason why I ever figured out that SkinStore is legit is because of the similarities between it and Dermstore. The login window and website functionality are almost identical, as are pricing and sales (same promo codes on identical sales). That’s all I got!

Sales and discounts on SKINCEUTICALS Brand are hard to find. I had subscribed to the SKINSTORE emails and was tickled to have a 15% off! This is an expensive brand, 'but is highly recommended by aestheticians so the discounts make it a little easier on the pocket book! Thank you!!

I was disappointed that if you signed up you got to use the mobile20 code. When I went to check out it said that code was not applicable to what I was buying. That’s the whole reason why I signed up with your company was to use that code and then I couldn’t.
